Tami
Practice Administrator

Tami has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2001. Tami graduated from the University of Utah. She manages the practice remotely from her home in New Mexico but enjoys traveling to Alpharetta regularly to visit the staff and patients. Outside of work, Tami likes to spend time with her family, particularly her grandson, her dog Maggie, and her chickens.

Keith
Revenue Specialist

Keith has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2001. He has a BS from the University of Utah. He enjoys spending his time with his family and dogs, especially his schnauzer Bruce! He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and skiing.

Angela
Administrative Support

Angela has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2003. She received her BS from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Music Practitioner. She works as the pre-cert specialist. Her favorite part of her job is when the insurance company says “approved!” Outside of work, Angela enjoys walking in nature, sharing her musical talents in nursing homes, and volunteering on nonprofit boards.

Morgan
Administrative Assistant

Morgan has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2022. She loves doing the social media for the office, and helping the Office Administrator, Tami Shields, remotely in New Mexico. Morgan grew up in Alpharetta and misses being close to the office and staff but loves the weather and beauty in New Mexico. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys all things pink and glittery, spending time with her husband, and snuggling with her dogs, Bruiser, Zuzu and Griffin.

Erika
Director of Research

Erika is the Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. She has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2003. She graduated from Clayton State University. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients understand their diseases and finding effective treatments for them. Outside of work, Erika enjoys taking care of her twin girls.

April
Clinical Research Coordinator

April has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2019. She attended the University of Cincinnati. She has a demonstrated history of working in the medical practice industry for over 25 years. She loves building relationships with coworkers and patients. Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her family and 4 dogs.

Lana
Clinical Research Coordinator

Lana has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2008. She studied in Belarus before coming to the US. Her favorite part of her job is working with patients. Outside of work, Lana enjoys traveling and spending time with grandkids.

Mel
Clinical Supervisor

Mel has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2011. Mel graduated from Sanford Brown Ultrasound and Diagnostic School in Atlanta Georgia. She loves helping our patients with overall skin health. She loves to constantly learn new things. Outside of work, Mel enjoys watching movies, working out, and spending time with her friends and family.

Tanisha
Cosmetic Consultant

Tanisha has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2014. Her favorite part of her job is helping and building relationships with patients and working as a team with her coworkers. Outside of work she loves hanging out with her family, traveling, and enjoying cuddles with her new baby boy!

Michelle
Patient Care Coordinator

Michelle has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2003. She studied at National Business College in Roanoke VA where she got her associate degree in Medical Secretarial Science. Michelle’s favorite part of her job is combatting the challenging issues regarding biologic medications and finally getting an "APPROVAL" through the patients' insurance, all while maintaining a big smile! Outside of work, Michelle enjoys anything nature related, cultural and outdoor events, classic car shows, watching hilarious video clips, and playing with her two cats.

Genesis
Laser Assistant

Genesis has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently back in college to get her Nursing degree. Her favorite part about working at Hamilton Dermatology is the staff and the patients. She is also enjoying learning all things dermatology! Outside of work, Genesis enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé. She loves to try new restaurants, working out and dancing.

Cheryl
Medical Assistant  

Cheryl has worked at Hamilton Dermatology since 2014. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with the patients as she is assisting them, and spending time with her work family. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, decorating, reading, and cooking.

Lisa
Medical Assistant

Lisa has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2013. She loves working with the patients and assisting with different surgeries and procedures. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys gardening, fishing, and cooking.

Natalie
Medical Assistant

Natalie has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2021. Her favorite part of her job is being able to learn about different diagnosis in the dermatology field as well as being able to get to know her coworkers on a personal level. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys eating at new restaurants and dancing the night away. She says, “I love to help and serve people. I try to find joy in all that I do.”

Medical Assistant

Morsal has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2023. She is currently in school at Georgia State for her bachelor’s in biology. Her favorite part about working here is the staff and learning new things! She enjoys spending time with family and friends and eating good food.

Loraine
Front Office Assistant

Loraine has worked at Hamilton Dermatology since 2006. She loves working here because of our wonderful Dr Hamilton and her coworkers. Outside of work, Loraine enjoys completing DIY projects and visiting her children and grandchildren.

Reese
Front Office Assistant

Reese has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2020. She is working on completing her degree in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts. Her favorite part of working at Hamilton is helping the patients, ensuring they feel heard and supported. Outside of work, Reese enjoys studying languages, spending time with her family and drawing.

Shelly
Front Office Assistant

Shelly has worked at Hamilton Dermatology since 2022. She is versed in all areas of medicine and loves Dermatology the most. She loves working here because of her desire to make people feel comfortable. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys self-care days, building puzzles, shopping, and spending time with her daughter Kennedy. She says, “I have chosen to live my life with joy and love daily.”

Cynthia
Front Office Assistant

Cynthia has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2023, She graduated with a bachelor’s in biology with an interest in medicine, health, wellness, and beauty. Her favorite part about working here is becoming more educated on the specialty and interacting with patients. In her free time, she enjoys exploring cafes and restaurants, and everything related to art.
